Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist who is passionate about providing high-quality care to patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients and developing individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring function and mobility, in compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as necessary to enhance their recovery and well-being.
• Develop and update comprehensive treatment and discharge plans of care based on patient evaluation.
• Document patient services accurately and in a timely manner to maintain clear records.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians according to relevant practice acts.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and engage with patients’ families for optimal care.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, BSPT).
• Possession of an active state Physical Therapy license, or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication skills, proficient documentation ability, and robust clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and diverse patient needs.
