Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. This role entails working in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines to assist patients in restoring mobility, improving function, and achieving their treatment goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions as prescribed in the Physical Therapist’s plan of care.
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment interventions accurately.
• Assist in educating patients on their treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Communicate patient status and any concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Adhere to safety standards, infection control protocols, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state Physical Therapist Assistant license or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
