Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans to enhance patient outcomes.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in compliance with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and families to support patient needs.
• Maintain adherence to all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Master of Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy).
• Active state Occupational Therapy license or the ability to obtain it.
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
