Charge Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor and Delivery

Shift Information

12-hour night shifts with rotating weekends and call rotation. The call rotation typically includes one 12-hour shift every six weeks, but this may vary.

Minimum Experience Required

A minimum of 4 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing is required.

Certifications and Requirements

• Current RN license in Colorado or a compact license that allows practice in Colorado (in good standing)
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications are required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• STABLE certification required

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Charge RN to join our Family Birth Place Team. This role involves providing comprehensive care during labor, delivery, and postpartum, including working in the operating room and post-anesthesia care unit (PACU). The delivery volume averages 80 per month, and care is provided for infants starting at 32 weeks gestation. The successful candidate will work collaboratively in a supportive and fun environment, committed to delivering evidence-based care and exceptional experiences for our clients.
