Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide exceptional therapy services while adhering to state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients, develop treatment and discharge plans, and deliver therapy aimed at enhancing independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients according to physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in line with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
• Active state Occupational Therapist license or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
