Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position requires strong skills in general surgery and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Orientation: Weekly on Mondays
• Shift Schedule:
  • 2×8 Day Alternate Start (0645-1515/1045-1915)
  • 2×12 Day (0645-1915)
  • 40 hours per week, with varying shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure effective patient outcomes.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required.
• Complete a “Buddy Call” during orientation within the first two weeks of the contract.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in General Surgery required.
• Previous travel experience is necessary.
• Current BLS certification is required.

Additional Information

• Scrubs will be provided.
• Employees are required to receive the Flu vaccine.
