Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans tailored to patient needs.
• Document services provided in compliance with regulations and facility standards.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe therapeutic environment.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
• Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills to enhance patient care.
