Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care in a 34-bed medical/surgical unit with telemetry services.

Shift Details

• Night Shift: 4×12 Hour (19:00 – 07:30)
• Weekdays and Weekends: 3 per 4-week schedule

Unit Information

The unit is equipped for a variety of medical and surgical patients, providing an essential role in patient management. Nurse-to-patient ratios are maintained at 1:5 to 1:7.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
• Current RN License (verification required).
• Certifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and National Institutes of Health (NIH) Stroke Scale required.
• Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred.

Additional Information

Scrubs are not provided. Attendance is critical; therefore, the facility allows only 2-3 call-offs throughout the duration of the contract. A strong commitment to reliability is essential.
