MRI Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating MRI equipment, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and obtaining high-quality diagnostic images as per physician orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct MRI scans in accordance with established protocols.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
• Ensure the highest quality of images is obtained while minimizing patient exposure to radiation.
• Maintain MRI equipment, performing routine inspections and troubleshooting as needed.
• Document patient information and imaging results accurately.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to discuss findings and assist in diagnosis.
• Prioritize patient care and address any concerns or questions patients may have.

Qualifications

• Current certification in MRI Technology.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong knowledge of MRI safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Work Schedule

This position requires availability during the following days and times:

• Friday: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM
