Occupational Therapist

We are looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist to provide exceptional therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, creating and updating treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to enhance patients’ independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Accurately and timely document all services provided.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) according to practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
• Active state Occupational Therapy license or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
