Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT). This role involves assisting patients in restoring mobility, improving function, and achieving their treatment goals while adhering to state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions in accordance with the Physical Therapist’s plan of care.
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment accurately and timely.
• Assist in educating patients on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Communicate patient status and progress to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state PTA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
