Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The ideal candidate will assist patients in restoring mobility, improving function, and achieving their treatment goals in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions as outlined in the PT plan of care.
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment effectively.
• Assist in educating patients about their conditions and home exercise programs.
• Communicate patient status and updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Adhere to safety protocols, infection control measures, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state PTA license or the ability to obtain licensure.
• Capability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
