Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality therapeutic services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and the delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and promptly.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians according to practice acts.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
