Medical/Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical/Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position requires a proactive and compassionate professional who can provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Information

• Night shift, consisting of 3 twelve-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical/surgical telemetry setting.
• Monitor patient vital signs and telemetry readings to assess patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about medical conditions and care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic health records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of permanent experience in Medical/Surgical Telemetry nursing.
• Current and valid Ohio nursing license or a compact state license must be in hand.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.

Contract Information
