Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide therapeutic services under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. The ideal candidate will assist patients in restoring mobility, enhancing functionality, and achieving their treatment objectives in alignment with state and federal regulations as well as facility protocols.

Responsibilities

• Implement therapy interventions according to the Physical Therapist’s plan of care.
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment accurately.
• Assist in educating patients and providing guidance on home exercise programs.
• Communicate patient status and updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state PTA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Capability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
