Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to deliver exceptional patient care while adhering to state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The incumbent will be responsible for evaluating patients, creating individualized treatment plans, and providing direct therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and engage with patients’ families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain one).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
