Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive therapy services for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. This role involves evaluating patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to enhance communication and swallowing functions in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and therapeutic treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans based on patient evaluations.
• Document all services provided in compliance with regulatory and facility standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and their families to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols within the therapy environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
• Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to solve clinical problems effectively.
