Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide essential physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT). This role involves working closely with patients to restore mobility, enhance functional performance, and help achieve their treatment goals, while adhering to all state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy interventions in accordance with the PT plan of care.
• Document patient progress and response to treatment accurately.
• Assist with patient education and the development of home exercise programs.
• Effectively communicate patient status and progress to the supervising PT.
• Adhere to safety protocols, infection control measures, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state PTA license or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
