Occupational Therapist

Join our team as an Occupational Therapist, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the independence of patients through skilled therapy services. You will evaluate patients, develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and provide treatment in accordance with physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Document services provided accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) following practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
• Active state Occupational Therapy license or the ability to obtain it.
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
