Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations. You will be responsible for patient evaluation, the development of individualized treatment plans, and the delivery of direct therapy to help restore function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients based on their needs.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Accurately document services in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians as per practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and engage with families during the treatment process.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapist license or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to various facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
