Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional rehabilitative care while adhering to state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering effective therapy to enhance function and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians according to practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state physical therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to various facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
