Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for patient evaluation, the development of individualized treatment plans, and the direct delivery of therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as necessary.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license (or the ability to obtain one).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
