Emergency Department Staff RN

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Staff RN to join our team. This role offers flexible scheduling options, allowing candidates to choose between a 36 or 48-hour commitment with the following shift patterns:

• 3×12 hour shifts
• 4×12 hour shifts
• Day/Night rotation or straight night shifts

Orientation sessions for this position are scheduled for:

• November 2
• November 16

Unit Description

The Emergency Department is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality care to patients in various critical situations.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in an Emergency Department or related setting preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and their families on health issues and follow-up care
