Emergency Department Boarder Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Emergency Department Boarder Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position offers flexible scheduling options, including 36 or 48 hours per week, with shifts available as either 3×12 or 4×12. Candidates may work as a day/night rotator or on straight nights.

Orientation Options

• Orientation begins on 11/2 or 11/16

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the emergency department
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and manage their care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Assist in the assessment and triage of patients
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in an emergency department setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
