Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide essential therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. In this role, you will assist patients in restoring mobility, improving function, and achieving their treatment goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions according to the Physical Therapist’s plan of care.
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment comprehensively.
• Assist with patient education and implementation of home exercise programs.
• Communicate patient status and updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state Physical Therapist Assistant license (or ability to obtain one).
• Proficient in following treatment plans and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
