Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide skilled physical therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy to restore function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as necessary.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and within required timelines.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians as per practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and family members.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Ability to adapt to diverse facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
