Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide therapeutic services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The ideal candidate will assist patients in improving mobility, restoring function, and achieving their treatment objectives in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as our facility’s guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions as outlined in the Physical Therapist’s plan of care.
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment comprehensively.
• Assist in patient education, including home exercise programs.
• Effectively communicate patient status and progress to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Adhere to safety protocols, infection control procedures, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state Physical Therapist Assistant license (or the ability to obtain licensure).
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
