Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking motivated Telemetry Registered Nurses (RN) to join our float pool team for an eight-week assignment starting on January 4th. The position requires both day and night rotating shifts.

Position Overview

This is a float pool position where nurses will provide care across multiple units. Strong telemetry experience is essential, as you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating patients’ cardiovascular conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various units.
• Monitor patient’s telemetry data and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient care, changes, and nursing interventions accurately.
• Participate in weekly orientations to stay updated on unit policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of two years of Telemetry Nursing experience.
• Experience with the EPIC electronic health record system is required.
• Ability to adapt to different patient care environments and respond to various clinical situations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Additional Information

All requests for time-off (RTO) must be presented at the time of submission, with a limit of three days. Requests for holiday time-off will not be approved.
