Medical ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for an 8-week assignment beginning January 4th. This position will involve rotating shifts of 12 hours, encompassing both days and nights.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical ICU setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and execute patient care plans.
• Document patient information and care provided in accordance with standards.
• Participate in orientation and training sessions as necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in a Medical ICU, with Level 1 trauma experience required.
• Current Massachusetts RN license is mandatory.
• Certifications: CPR-AHA and ACLS-AHA are required.

Additional Information

Orientation is conducted weekly, every Monday (except holidays). Parking fees may apply and can cost up to $43 per day. Please inquire for further details regarding parking and other logistics.

• All requests for time off must be submitted at the time of application.
• Requests for time off will not be accepted during holiday periods.
• No more than three days of time off will be accepted.
