ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses to join our team in a fast-paced critical care unit. The role involves providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients with various medical and surgical conditions.

Unit Description

The Critical Care Center is a 14-bed unit with 24-hour intensivist coverage, dedicated to delivering comprehensive critical care services.

Work Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts
• Rotating weekends and holidays

Minimum Requirements

• Current Massachusetts RN license
• Current AHABLS certification
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
• Proficient in core critical care skills, including:
• Ventilator management
• Vasoactive and sedation titration
• Hemodynamic monitoring
• Cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management
• Post STEMI care
• Evidence of relevant continuing education; CCRN certification preferred

Additional Information

All requests for time off must be submitted at the time of application. No holiday time off requests will be accepted, and a maximum of three days off will be permitted.
