Float Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

This position requires a Float Registered Nurse to provide nursing care across multiple units. The selected candidate will work 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, accommodating a flexible and dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assume key roles in various departments as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and versatility.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, providing updates to the healthcare team as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.
• Effectively communicate with patients and their families regarding care plans and patient progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with a strong background in travel nursing.
• Experience using Epic electronic health records system.
• Current and valid nursing license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work nights and maintain a flexible schedule.

Contract Details
