Medical ICU Float Position

Overview

We are seeking experienced professionals for a Medical ICU Float position. This role primarily involves providing high-quality critical care in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient safety and effective collaboration with healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in a level 1 trauma setting.
• Valid Massachusetts nursing license.
• Current CPR and ACLS certifications (AHA).

Schedule

This position requires rotating 12-hour shifts that alternate between days and nights. Orientation for new staff will be conducted weekly, every Monday, except during holidays.

Additional Information

• Requests for time off must be submitted at the time of application; only three days are allowed, and holiday requests will not be approved.
• Please note that parking expenses can reach significant amounts daily.
