Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT-NICU)

We are seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist with a specialization in NICU to join our team. This role involves working closely with pediatric patients in high-level care environments, including NICU, PICU, and CVICU settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care for neonatal and pediatric patients.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat respiratory conditions in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Manage ventilators and other respiratory support equipment as required.
• Document patient care effectively and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and provide input regarding patient care strategies.
• Float as needed to additional locations, including rehabilitation and other NICU units.

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Ohio RRT license.
• Minimum of two years of experience in pediatric respiratory care, specifically in NICU, PICU, and CVICU settings.
• Current certifications in BLS, Advanced NRP, and PALS are required.
• Experience with a high level of neonatal and pediatric care is essential.

Work Schedule:

Shifts available as either 3×12 hours or 4×12 hours, with day shifts being scheduled from 07:00 to 19:30.

Requirements:

• All scheduling requests and required time off (RTO) must be communicated during the submission and interview process.
• Travelers will be required to complete two fingerprinting processes: one on-site for facility requirements before starting, and the second through the agency.
• Complete work history, including any previous positions, must be included in your profile.
• Required certifications must be provided at the time of submission.
