Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position requires strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar medical-surgical or telemetry setting and will be able to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Shift Details

• Schedule: 3 shifts per week
• Days: 7 AM to 7 PM
• Every other weekend and holiday required

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN license required
• BLS Certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association)
• Minimum of 3 years of prior medical-surgical/telemetry experience
• Proficiency with Meditech software is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a telemetry setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report any changes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning

All applicants may be required to complete a telemetry competency assessment on the first day of orientation.
