Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The role involves patient evaluation, treatment planning, and delivering therapy to enhance communication and swallowing functions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and regularly update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Document services in compliance with all regulations and facility standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
• Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility.
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
