Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality patient care and coordinate treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes for patients. The role requires collaboration with healthcare team members, adherence to healthcare standards, and the ability to adapt to changing situations while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor and document patients’ progress and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar nursing role is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Commitment to providing compassionate patient care.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and other relevant certifications as required.
