Role Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring comfort, monitoring conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing assessments and evaluations of patient health status.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Documenting patient care and progress accurately in medical records.
• Educating patients and their families about care plans and health management.
• Responding to patient needs and addressing complaints effectively.
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and care planning.

Qualifications

Candidates for the Registered Nurse position should possess the following qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
