Physical Therapist – Outpatient

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. This position is designed for an individual who is passionate about helping patients recover and improve their physical health through tailored therapy programs.

Job Responsibilities

• Assess and interpret patient needs and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Implement treatment programs to enhance patient mobility and manage pain.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families about rehabilitation practices and injury prevention.

Work Schedule

This position offers flexibility with scheduling options, including traditional 8-hour shifts or 4×10-hour shifts, to be determined in consultation with management.

Housing

Shared housing is available for out-of-area candidates. Please note that guests and pets are not allowed, and candidates must have their own transportation.

Qualifications

• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• A valid state license for Physical Therapy practice.
• Must have received a flu vaccine.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
