Registered Nurse (RN) – MS/Tele Float

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical and Telemetry Float nursing to join our dynamic team. This role provides the opportunity to work across various units, allowing for a versatile and enriching nursing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients within medical and surgical departments.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any significant changes to the appropriate healthcare team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and in accordance with hospital policies.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and post-discharge care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• Assume responsibility for patient assignments in various units as needed.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Previous experience in Medical Surgical and Telemetry nursing preferred.
• Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing environments.
• Willingness to work night shifts, including every other weekend.

Schedule

This position requires night shifts, specifically 3×12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00, with weekend shifts required every other week.
