Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. This position requires adherence to state and federal regulations along with following facility guidelines to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatment plans for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans for patients.
• Document services in accordance with regulations and facility standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and their families to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
• Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
