Registered Nurse (RN) – MS/Tele

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical/Surgical and Telemetry for a valuable position. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling options for 12-hour shifts, including 4x12s, 3x12s, or 2x12s.

Shift Details

• Day Shift
• 3 shifts of 12 hours (07:00 AM – 07:30 PM)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients within the Medical/Surgical and Telemetry unit.
• Monitor patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of professional experience in Medical/Surgical and Telemetry nursing.
• Active and valid Ohio nursing license or compact state license in hand.
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start date.
• One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty area is required. Charge RN references are accepted.

Additional Information

During the orientation, candidates will complete an ECG rhythm recognition test and a safeMedicate assessment, with an acceptable score required on both.

This position will utilize Qualivis – Lotus for submitting hours worked.
