Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT). The successful candidate will play a vital role in helping patients restore mobility, improve function, and achieve their treatment goals in line with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy interventions as outlined in the PT’s plan of care.
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment accurately.
• Assist with patient education and development of home exercise programs.
• Communicate patient status and progress with the supervising PT.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state PTA license or the ability to obtain one.
• Demonstrated ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
