Physical Therapist

We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to deliver exceptional care in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing direct therapy techniques to restore function and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as clinically appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Document all services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in compliance with practice acts.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and families to enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, infection control protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapist license (or in the process of obtaining).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
