Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor and Delivery

Job Description

This is a 13-week contract position with 36 hours per week and the opportunity to pick up extra shifts. Candidates must have experience in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery. The ability to perform Scrub duties is a plus but not required. A current Washington state nursing license is mandatory, and multi-state licenses are accepted pending the following verifications:

• Completion of an approved 6-hour suicide training
• Verification of demographics from Nursys

Certifications required include:

• BLS
• NRP

STABLE training is preferred but not a necessity. Familiarity with Meditech is beneficial but not mandatory. Candidates should be prepared for holiday coverage, and any requests for time off must be approved and added at the end of the contract.

Shift Information

Shifts are from 1845 to 0715.

Experience Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required for this position. Additional certifications such as ACLS and PALS are necessary.

Close proximity to the Pacific Northwest beaches and the Olympic National Forest.
