Certified Med Aide

Join our dedicated team in a group home setting that provides 24-hour care for individuals with intellectual disabilities. This role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others while working in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Shifts Available

• Day, Evening, or Night Shifts: 5-8 hour shifts plus every other weekend
• Weekend Positions: 3-12 hour shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Role Overview

As a Certified Med Aide, you will:

• Support individuals in developing daily living skills and participating in meaningful life activities.
• Assist individuals in identifying and achieving their personal goals to enhance their quality of life.
• Ensure the comfort and safety of those you serve by meeting their medical, nutritional, and personal care needs.
• Provide emotional support while assisting with general housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry duties.

Qualifications

The perfect candidate will have:

• A genuine desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
• No prior experience is necessary; thorough training will be provided.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license, as needed.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• The ability to engage in frequent physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
