Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Telemetry to join our 54-bed Cardiovascular Telemetry unit. Our unit is divided into three wings, each accommodating 18 patients, with the flexibility to care for patients in an Overflow unit when necessary.

Shifts & Scheduling

• Shift: Night 3×12-Hour (19:00 – 07:00)
• Every other weekend is required, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights.
• Holidays may require scheduling based on operational needs.
• Flexible scheduling is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
• NIHSS certification is also required.
• Local applicants are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

The RN will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients in the cardiovascular telemetry unit. Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring vital signs and telemetry readings.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educating patients and families regarding care plans and health management.
