Registered Nurse (Telemetry)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with a specialty in Telemetry to join our 54-bed Cardiovascular telemetry unit. This unit is organized into three 18-bed wings and also provides support for overflow patients. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work flexible scheduling and will be required to work every other weekend, including night shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Shift Details

• Night Shift: 3×12-Hour (19:00 – 07:00)

Qualifications

• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse in this role will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, monitoring patients’ vital signs, and facilitating communication with medical staff and patients’ families. Additionally, the RN will be expected to assess patient conditions and respond effectively to emergencies as they arise.

This role will require working holidays as needed during the assignment period. The right candidate will embody professionalism and show flexibility in scheduling to meet unit needs.
