Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This position involves working night shifts, requiring availability every other weekend and holiday. Please be aware that block scheduling cannot be guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the PCU setting.
• Monitor patient conditions and manage care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to the facility’s float policy as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia state nursing license or pending license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
• Experience with the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system is essential.

Work Schedule

This role can offer either 36 or 48 hours per week, depending on availability and preference. However, please note that time off for Labor Day weekend cannot be accommodated. Requests for 40 hours off can be considered.
