Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services. The successful candidate will evaluate patients, develop treatment and discharge plans, and deliver therapy aimed at enhancing independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans based on patient needs.
• Document all services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) following practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and families to support patient care.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD).
• Active state Occupational Therapy license (or ability to obtain one).
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
