Triage Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)

We are seeking an experienced Triage Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join our dynamic team. This role offers an opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art Emergency Department equipped with advanced facilities to provide exceptional care to patients in urgent need.

Position Details

• 12-hour night shifts
• Every other weekend and two holiday shifts required
• Time off during holidays may be limited

Role Responsibilities

• Provide triage nursing care to patients presenting with emergencies.
• Assess patient conditions efficiently to prioritize care effectively.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize computerized charting for patient assessment and documentation.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of nursing experience is required.
• Level 1 trauma experience is mandatory.
• Current triage training and recent triage experience are essential.
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health record system is necessary.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification from AHA is required.
• A valid nursing license in Massachusetts is mandatory.
